About Richard LuftigRichard Luftig is a former professor of educational psychology and special education at Miami University in Ohio where he was involved in training teachers of children with disabilities. He is a recipient of the Cincinnati Post-Corbett Foundation Award for Literature and his poetry chapbook as well as one of his short stories were nominated for the Pushcart Prize.  His poems have appeared in numerous literary journals in the United States and internationally in Europe, Asia and Australia. Two of his poems appeared in the anthology: Realms of the Mothers: The First Decade of Dos Madres Press. He resides with his wife Diane (who has been nominated for sainthood) in California. His latest book of poetry, A Grammar for Snow is scheduled to be released by Unsolicited Press in 2019.
